This was our first meeting with Dr. Bilen. His knowledge, thoroughness, attention to our concerns, patience, and kindness were absolutely outstanding. He is exactly what we were looking for in a medical provider, especially in a situation where we were dealing with a cancer diagnosis and discussing treatment options.
