Dr. Lowe is a fantastic physician and surgeon. Although I didn't really need his explanations, he still takes the time to make sure I understan. he is a gem.
Dr. Lowe was very personable, took time to explain the procedure with a drawing and discussed any and all questions that I had very patiently. He made eye contact with me and I didn't feel rushed.

Did not get referral to Dr Eng. Spent 65 min w two different call center ladies trying to make appointment but could not. There was no referral in the system. Only a note that Dr Lowe had messaged Dr Eng. This would not allow either of them to make appointment.
