About

Dr. Srinivasan ("Srini") earned his medical degree from Banaras Hindu University in India. He then completed his residency in internal medicine, followed by a geriatric fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Srini also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Research and Statistical Analysis from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. He went on to complete his cardiology fellowship at the prestigious Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Srini began practicing cardiology in the Atlanta area in 2000 and founded East Atlanta Cardiology in 2003. With 25 years of experience in the field, he has now joined Emory Heart and Vascular at Hillandale Hospital.

He is board-certified in cardiovascular diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is also certified in echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography and in nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board for Nuclear Cardiology. Additionally, Dr. Srini is credentialed in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations. He is an active member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Nuclear Medicine and the American Society of Echocardiography.
