Dr. Lenhart is the only reason we continue to come to this practice. She is extremely kind and patient and explains things very well. She often seems rushed, but I'm sure that's from her high patient load. She never skips out on time and care for our child.

I am under the impression the doctor didn't review my child's chart prior to the visit as she seemed surprised that he was there vs a local optometrist. I reminded her the he sees her for routine checkups and we learned only after leaving that she didnt perform the test he usually gets to check the stats of his condition and sje expects us to travel back again for it, meaning we have to pay for it and arrange our schedules again when she could have taken the time to get it done while we were there.

We are extremely pleased with Dr Lenhart's care. She apologized for the long wait. Said she takes a break at 3:30pm or so to eat. That's very telling.

Dr Lenhart is great!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Lenhart herself. But because of the lengthy wait time to make an appointment and consistently long wait time once we are in the office, I have to select poor for this answer. Moreover, there have been issues with the billing department from our very first visit approximately four years ago. After every visit, there has been an issue and it has required hours and hours of phone calls. It makes us not want to return.
