Both care providers are absolutely outstanding. They don't prescribe or treat per se. However they always point to helpful CBT principles that work!

Rachel Hershenberg and Eleanor Santi are the absolute best therapist and psychiatrist but I have had in my lifetime and I started therapy while I was in college in my 20s and I'm 79 which says something

I meet with Rachel in a group therapy setting. She conducts each session in a professional and caring manner, encouraging discussion within the group. Her pleasant, calming demeanor creates an atmosphere of safety in which one does feel free to share feelings. This then, becomes conducive to begin to learn coping skills which are built upon weekly. I feel that this is a life long learning experience and with Rachel's skilled leadership it can become possible.

I really get a lot out of our visits. I get confirmation of my thoughts or perhaps a different outlook to check out. It is also great to vent to an unbiased person.
