Dr. Neustein was very pleasant and said that my treatment for my glaucoma was working very well with my eye drop regimen and I didn't have to have the previously planned trabeculoplasty of my right eye. Her exam was very thorough and she answered all my questions.

Dr. Neustein is an exceptional physician. She is very thorough,communicates effectively and concerned with the patient's long wait time. Having the room stocked with all of the necessary medical supplies would lessen the time one has to track down drops etc or wait for them to be delivered. De Neustein is an asset to the Emory Ophthalmology Dept.

The Dr has always been very nice, never rushed me and always answered my questions so I could understand.

The absolutely long period of waiting time makes it hard to recommend

My physician seemed very intelligent and confident about my diagnosis of glaucoma which had never been actually told to me by my ophthalmologist in Florida when I was being treated for a corneal ulcer which resulted by problems of dry eye beginning 6 months ago. I was a bit shookup. She recommended a Laser treatment when I return in 2 months. I recently received a letter about the appointment which only mentioned that I would require a copay with no mention of the procedure.

Overall the whole visit was tainted by 2 things. My eyes were not properly numbed by an asst giving inadequate drops and then my eyes were dilated, without information that it would last 6-8 hours! Ive had glaucoma for 11 years my eyes dilated at least twice a year by specialists in Seattle and Phoenix and the dilation never lasted more than 30 minutes.I could not see for 8 hours, had a headache and felt nauseous for most of that eight hours!

I have no issue with the performance of the doctors. Both physicians were courteous, friendly, accessible. Answered my questions. Explained things to me clearly. I feel confident with their expertise and the care they are providing me with.

Dr. Neustein was wonderful. She explained everything in detail, answered alll my questions and initiated a true dialogue between us. Wish all the doctors were like her!

Dr. Neustein answered all questions about the procedure and is easy to speak with. She was being observed by a medical student and her explanations also helped me to understand the treatment further. Throughout the procedure, her commentary for the student was impressive and benefited me as the patient.

Up to this visit I held in higher regard. No one seems to want to find the cause of my vision issues.- no one!

Dr. Neusten is fantastic. I believe my outcome was much better than excepted due to her knowledge and skill. My anxiety was lowered due to her explaining what was happening, answering all my questions with realistic answers. Emory is lucky to have her!!!

The entire surgical staff was terrific. Joann who handled the anesthesia, and Stephanie the post-op nurse, were outstanding. And Dr. Neustein is always very informative and reassuring.

Excellent as a provider; showed concern about the negative impact current treatment might be having on other organs in the body. Recommended additional specialists etc. Once I finally got to see her she was excellent.

Not only was the doctor thourogh in her examination and concern for my care, but was also exceptionally apolegetic for the extended wait time I experienced.
