Other than running extremely late the appointment went well

Didn't see the doctor. Waited in the room for 45 minutes, so I left. Poor Customer Service!

Dr. Dretler was very helpful during his treatment and explanation of his actions. I know much more about caring for my wound than I ever have. I really appreciate the amount of time he took to explain his actions and how I need to take care of this wound.

When going there they always ask how am I feel if I have question they answering always stay the status of my problem how it's looking and doing and what the next step we are doing for the problems they are very informative.

From day one the services have been on point with an A plus.
