This is the most thorough ent appointment I've ever had. I have delt with ear problems since I was 3 and I am 52 now. This doctor looked at things no one has ever looked at before and May be able to fix my hearing rather than a hearing aid.
The doctor sent my prescription to cvs, I went to pick up the prescription they don't have it. I still don't have my medication.
He never showed up for my appointment. He didn't call. Just finished MyChart notes saying I left before he could see me. When the reality is...he lacks accountability.

Each person was extremely nice and broke down everything to us on what's the next step for my treatment. With me losing my hearing, it was kind of frustrating but everyone made sure I was comfortable.
