Dr. Moctezuma is absolutely excellent. She always discusses both any concerns and/or improvements. She also has conversations with me on how best to approach any wanted or needed changes along with any graphs to show trends.

Dr. Monteczuma was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I felt at ease and happy she was open to my numerous questions. She had a warm sense of humor which helped reduce any stress. I didn't feel at all rushed, actually quite the opposite. I enjoyed my visit and I'm very glad she will be my endocrinologist.
I felt that the use of time was not productive. I felt rushed and I felt that the provider was not prepared for the appointment. If there was anything in my records that she didn't have she should have communicated that before the appointment. It was a waste of time for me to come only to be told she didn't have everything she needed. She Asked to get blood work when I had the blood work done in the past which is what initiated the need for me to be referred to her. We didn't make any progress to address my issue. I waited 6 months for this appointment only to be told she needed my records from my doctor to diagnose me, she or her nurse should have reached out before the appointment to ask me what what they needed and I could have gotten it for her in time for the appointment.

Dr. Moctezuma took her time to discuss my health issues beginning in November 2024 and went over all test results with me giving me her thoughts and recommendations. She explained why she wants another test to rule out false positives and if I again test high she will present to her superiors to review and establish a path forward. She also will do a video follow-up appointment as I live a 90 minute drive away. She is easy to commucate with and she listed to all my concerns and answered questions in an easy to understand way.
