As mentioned, the audiologist never saw us. Not sure why they could not take 20 seconds to see why no one was coming back for the appointment, and did not attempt to apologize him/herself after the situation was revealed. My whole family felt completely expendable and unimportant.

Dr. Habibi was great! She explained everything clearly, and was very nice and pleasant to talk with. The examination and test was thorough. I had several questions and she answered them completely. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a hearing test that asked me for a referral.

The audiologist seemed distracted and when she gave me the news that I have hearing loss, there probably should be "next steps"I asked about hearing aids and not much insight was given. I then asked about an advertised product (glasses w hearing aids attached) and she new nothing about them nor made any effort to seek more info

She was very helpful. Explained the results of the test in detail

The first Emory healthcare provider I have encountered in years who treated me like something other than a widget on an assembly line.
