The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown below from our survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
I expressed the distance if was from my home and she suggested video appointment as long as everything was good with my health. That was very satisfying for me to hear
Great service.
This was my first visit with Dr. Hafeez. She was very interested in my whole background and spent a lot of time listening. I was very happy with our plan going forward.
She not friendly just short with her patient
Great doctor!
I would highly recommend Dr.Hafeez to others.
She always gives me options things that will make me feel better. I'm going through a tough time right now and she really seems like she cares and it seems very genuine.
Providers should start listening more to the patient and not always go by what the text book says.
Dr Hafeez is outstanding!
Very good visit.
Most definitely recommend to others.
Dr Hafeez always provide excellent advice while hearing and honoring my contribution
Very professional and she listened to my concerns. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was impressed with her, and I am glad she will be my doctor moving forward dealing with my Thyroid issue.
Everything was great until I read my summary visit paperwork and discovered she listed me as Caucasian. I am not Caucasian. I am mixed and Identify as black
Dr. Hafeez has been an outstanding endocrinologist that listens to her patients and she Is dedicated to their healthcare.
I have recommended this doctor to family members.
Good experience
My appointment was very productive. My lab work showed my care had improved and my diabetes regimen was reduced.
Excellent Service !!!
Good experience
Terrible with follow up for lab work requested
Always thorough, discussing all matters of concern
Doctor was with me for less than 3 minutes after a long wait. Did not seem particularly interested in my well being or concerned about my thoughts on a treatment plan.
Everything was fine
Dr Hafeez was not particularly compassionate. Her notes were not completely accurate, she seemed to be generally annoyed. I did not leave with a feeling of being heard, understood, or taken seriously. I did not feel like I gained anything from the visit except for her to check my numbers. She also seemed to speak like she assumed I would not understand professional language. It was a bit demeaning.
Dr Hafeez is engaging and expresses genuine concern for my treatment; she or her staff always respond to my My Chart inquiries in a timely fashion. She listens to my concerns and I can trust her advice and recommendations for my care. A recent challenge I was dealing with regarding my care was resolved because Dr Hafeez personally addressed the issue. That kind of treatment is rare.
Dr. Hafeez is an excellent MD.
Dr. Hafeez is first class in answering questions and better at asking the essential ones for my health
This was a in office visit. My 1st concern is when I was there, the doctor did not do a complete examination, even though she had not seen me in a year. An example would be the doctor did not check my feet at all she only discussed my high cholesterol and low iron. She also wanted me to stop taking metformin all together and just stay on the ozempic. To me that is a red flag being that I take 100 MG a day. I advised I wanted to decrease the dosage instead. During this visit the doctor altered my spirolactone meds (for pcos) for no reason and still have not advised why. The reason for her not changing it back is because she has to run test. That is what she said was the reason when I asked her to renew my prescription before my appointment. She sent in the labs and I took them before my appointment. What test is she referring too? This is the 2nd time this doctor has not done right by me regarding my medication. Why is she changing the dosage of my pcos meds. I told her it was for the hairtism, high testosterone, acne, and inflammation I experience. She did not tell me she was changing the dosage. When I picked up the prescription it did not look the same, so I called concerned and spoke with several nurses who refuse to have a manager call me back regarding my concerns. I am not sure why I have to have her as my doctor. She does value or respect me and likes to disregard my health. Please have someone call me ASAP that is a manager that can help me. Still waiting for the correct prescription medication.
Dr Hafeez listened and answer every question I asked, which I understood

Dr. Hafeez has been the single best MD I have seen since a diagnosis of Osteopenia at the age of 50. Her treatment is working well!
Attentive. Questioning was specific and probative enough to help me understand her recommendations.
Yes I would truly recommend
She was surgical - did not consider the emotional implications of what I was sharing with her. I did not find her approachable or reassuring. Very disappointed

My provider was very knowledgeable. She answered my questions and explain my test results and went over with me my diagnosis. What to expect and how often she will be doing certain test with me to stay abreast of my illness. My doctor was awesome. No complaints from me.
Doctor was very informative and listened to me.

Very good
Medicine was called into my pharmacy immediately to supplement my issues.
Listened well. Provided needed info.
Excellent and caring provider - they took time to listen to concerns. I never felt rushed and felt I had the provider's full attention. They had thoroughly reviewed my chart prior to my visit and even looked at an US from 10 years prior to compare to my recent US. I was very impressed and this led to me feeling the care I was received was nothing short of excellent.
Very attentive and provides meaningful solutions
Doctor is extremely close minded, when I bring recommendations from other medical expertise with labs I have done outside she isn't open to anything except what she prescribes me even though I have expressed concerns
All contacts are beyond very good. They are exemplary!

Excellent services.
It was not a bad experience. I think she wants bllodwork before any plans can be made. She seemed bored and uninterested. I'll give her 1 more try. I do not HAVE to see her. I chose to, so far unimpressed
Honestly the care seems lacking. I am trying to take care of my husband with MCI and feel no one. Is managing the care. It seems like it is up to the patie t or care giver. I am at the end of my rope and have g a hard time as I try to work full-time too. I guess it is just an sig. If the times no one cares and doctors are just seeing people as if they are numbers. I know they have to see many patients and we are I. A metro area where there are many people to see. My husband does not follow directions and I cannot make him.I need help but there is no help out there.
Took the time to listen to all of my questions and answer them thoroughly
Gave me great knowledge I understood
