Everything was fine

Dr Hafeez was not particularly compassionate. Her notes were not completely accurate, she seemed to be generally annoyed. I did not leave with a feeling of being heard, understood, or taken seriously. I did not feel like I gained anything from the visit except for her to check my numbers. She also seemed to speak like she assumed I would not understand professional language. It was a bit demeaning.

5 out of 5 Reviewed on 2025-11-04

Dr Hafeez is engaging and expresses genuine concern for my treatment; she or her staff always respond to my My Chart inquiries in a timely fashion. She listens to my concerns and I can trust her advice and recommendations for my care. A recent challenge I was dealing with regarding my care was resolved because Dr Hafeez personally addressed the issue. That kind of treatment is rare.

1 out of 5 Reviewed on 2025-10-28

This was a in office visit. My 1st concern is when I was there, the doctor did not do a complete examination, even though she had not seen me in a year. An example would be the doctor did not check my feet at all she only discussed my high cholesterol and low iron. She also wanted me to stop taking metformin all together and just stay on the ozempic. To me that is a red flag being that I take 100 MG a day. I advised I wanted to decrease the dosage instead. During this visit the doctor altered my spirolactone meds (for pcos) for no reason and still have not advised why. The reason for her not changing it back is because she has to run test. That is what she said was the reason when I asked her to renew my prescription before my appointment. She sent in the labs and I took them before my appointment. What test is she referring too? This is the 2nd time this doctor has not done right by me regarding my medication. Why is she changing the dosage of my pcos meds. I told her it was for the hairtism, high testosterone, acne, and inflammation I experience. She did not tell me she was changing the dosage. When I picked up the prescription it did not look the same, so I called concerned and spoke with several nurses who refuse to have a manager call me back regarding my concerns. I am not sure why I have to have her as my doctor. She does value or respect me and likes to disregard my health. Please have someone call me ASAP that is a manager that can help me. Still waiting for the correct prescription medication.

Excellent and caring provider - they took time to listen to concerns. I never felt rushed and felt I had the provider's full attention. They had thoroughly reviewed my chart prior to my visit and even looked at an US from 10 years prior to compare to my recent US. I was very impressed and this led to me feeling the care I was received was nothing short of excellent.

Honestly the care seems lacking. I am trying to take care of my husband with MCI and feel no one. Is managing the care. It seems like it is up to the patie t or care giver. I am at the end of my rope and have g a hard time as I try to work full-time too. I guess it is just an sig. If the times no one cares and doctors are just seeing people as if they are numbers. I know they have to see many patients and we are I. A metro area where there are many people to see. My husband does not follow directions and I cannot make him.I need help but there is no help out there.
