I'm very happy with the service I received at Emory Eagles Landing.
Dr Oneale is a great dr, she's very concerned about my health, she takes the time to talk to me, guide me through what the do's and the do not. Explain every details thoroughly. A great dr who doesn't see her patients as a number, but individuals who needs care
I presented with major chest congestion, a low grade temp, with a history of BOOP, AFib and pacemaker. All she did was provided nasal steroids, bloodwork abd chest X-ray. I saw Ashleigh Heath the next day who jump on my issues with proper meds as soon as she saw my condition. 3 days I was worse, did spend 5 days at Emory St Joseph's due to pneumococcal infection. McNeal dropped the ball
Great doctor and good listener.
Dr O'Neal is very professional and displays great bedside manner. She listens and addresses my issues and concerns. Very informative and honest. Great provider!
The Doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, and gave me good advice about my health. I really appreciated the service that was rendered there.
Dr. O'Neale is a good listener and shows great respect and concern for her patients. She makes referrals based on her knowledge and patient needs and concerns.
Dr. O'Neale has excellent bedside manner. I truly felt heard and didn't feel rushed. She answered all my questions and I felt more confident leaving.
I really like Dr O'Neale. She gives me honesty.
This was by far my best visit with Dr. O'Neale. I truly appreciated her honesty and willingness to listen. Her experience shines along with her beautiful personality.
The Dr didn't really listen to what I was telling her
The provider was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of follow up questions. The provider did not seem too concerned about my worries but eventually ordered the tests that I wanted to take. Explanations were okay, but not too helpful.
She listened to my concerns and made recommendations
Doctor O'Neill is a great doctor. She observes and listens to any problems that I may have. And she boosts my spirit by caring and making sure my health is taking the right turn.
Love Dr O'Neale. She's down to earth and to the point. Show's empathy and professionalism
I really like my doctor. Would like to spend more time with my doctor to answer more of my questions.
Impressed with the visit
I liked Dr. O'Neal from a previous sick visit I had. She listened and sent me to others to address my problem. My primary had never sent me to anyone else and didn't seem to think I had a problem. So I will definitely recommend Dr. O'Neal to others. As a 67 year old woman it is very important to me to be listened to and taken seriously.
Dr O'Neale is fantastic. I love her directness & she also listens to my concerns.
I'm only speaking of the care provider Dr O'Neale. She did prescribe some medication s for me. But the advir for my asthma she state my Dr would have to prescribe another one cause she looked over my chart. So that it was a steroid. And saw that I had a allergic reaction reaction. I was going to explain to her that was 10 to 14 years ago. But because she was so rude and snappy. I decided not to.
Never coming back. an appointment with Dr. O'Neal yesterday. The front desk staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming, which I appreciated.Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. O'Neal was very disappointing. I was seen approximately one hour past my scheduled appointment time. While this was frustrating, I was understanding, as I am also a healthcare provider and recognize that schedules can run behind. When Dr. O'Neal entered the room, her initial approach felt dismissive. I explained that I was seeking to establish primary care and that I had an MRI ordered by my orthopedic physician that revealed concerning masses outside of his scope of practice. Rather than addressing my concerns or discussing next steps, the focus immediately shifted to the age of the imaging and repeated comments about insurance coverage and the possibility of me receiving a bill.As both a physician and a patient-particularly a minority provider and minority patient-I found this approach troubling. Healthcare decisions should be based on clinical necessity, not assumptions about a patient's financial situation. This reflects the very healthcare disparities that continue to exist in underserved communities. A "seek to understand" approach would have gone a long way.Dr. O'Neal's demeanor felt rude and condescending, with a clear sense of superiority rather than partnership in care. I ultimately expressed that this would not be a good fit and chose to leave the appointment. After waiting two weeks for this visit, I left with no resolution or plan regarding the mass in my body, which was extremely concerning. I now understand why this practice has low ratings. I will not be returning to this facility, nor would I recommend it based on my experience.
Good
Very good
Not personable at all. Did not go in details on any of my problems and felt like a burden to her. Not happy at all. Looking to see what other providers I can see.
Good
Yes, I consider her attentive and very professional
Good
Dr. O'Neal was thorough and intentionally listening to my concerns. Left feeling like I was in good hands!
She did nothing!! I never plan to see her again, and I would never recommend her to anyone!!

Everything is good, they are really very professional
Dr. O'Neal was extremely professional and very thorough with questions and labs.
Very good
Loved Dr O'Neal's no nonsense, honest approach. Very professional.
I felt like Dr. O'Neale was dismissive of my thoughts and questions about certain components of my Healthcare. While she was extremely thorough in collecting my family's history and hearing about my current concerns, she wasn't open to hearing what I had to say about my thoughts or concerns on my current care. I left with 3 referrals for additional care, and I only truly feel that 1 referral was necessary. I left feeling like I have no say or input in the care I receive. Her bedside manners were also subpar. I didn't feel like she is truly vested in my care.
I really like Dr O'Neal. She listens answered my concerns and went above and beyond. She is an excellent Doctor
Doctor was very rude. Not compassionate at all towards patients. She lack empathy. Not one time did she ever ask hey how are you doing. The nurse came in the room and started discussing another patient's information while I was sitting in the room talking with the doctor. Very unprofessional.
This was my first visit with Dr. O'Neil. Although there was some rushing during my appointment, I knew she was listening to my concerns about my current medications and conditions. She made appropriate referrals for me. Dr. O'NEAL was not dismissive. I felt we were making decisions as a team and she was taking my appointment seriously. Dr. O'NEAL was straight forward in her approach in which I found refreshing.
She was great, I will be back!
Dr.Oneil was very attentive to me . She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She ordered blood work as well as X-rays to help address the problem that I'm facing . She has a very caring attitude and showed compassion to me
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Great experience.
Good
Love Dr. O'Neale. She really wants you to be healthy and gives a lot of advice and tools to aid me to creating a better, healthier lifestyle
Dr ONeal was very thorough during my visit. We discussed passed and future health goals and treatments to help manage my diabetes.
All my experiences were very good !
The doctor was really attentive and talked to me and my wife with consistency and care
I was not happy with my last visit, snd will not see provider again..
She listened and showed interest in my condition and gave me a referral, which was greatly appreciated
I Like Her!!!
Donot wish to see that Dr again
Very good
Emory is the best too me.
Great!
Quick to leave.
Dr. O'Neale was great!
Dr Signe O'Neal was so kind and listened to me and addressed my needs , she explained my meds and was just very personable and kind, would definitely recommend her
Really appreciate the care and concerns about my health conditions
Good caring
She was a very opinionated not well equipped Doctor. I will never go back again to that doctor. It is my second visit and I am horrified at the treatment that I received and the non-care that she showed I was just a number after two visits. I still haven't been able to let her know what is going on with me Every time I told her something she just said I'll send you to a specialist. No care at all.
Spot on
It was good
Dr. O Neale was very professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately booked me for follow up care and made referrals.
I really like my provider, she's helpful, kind, understanding and funny. She made me feel very comfortable. My BP was high when I arrived, but she made me feel relaxed and my pressure came down.
I would recommend all of the staff 10 out of 10
Good
Professional and exhibited good morale which is hard to get in these present days.
Dr. O'Neale is an absolute pleasure to have as my primary physician. I love that she provides practical solutions and advice, and wants to see her patients have a higher quality of living each time she sees them. I like that she's easy to talk to and understands one's lifestyle and how to make modifications for the better. She's so appreciated!
Dr O'Neil is the bomb! Patient, listens and knowledgeable. Did I say patient! She is a value to Emory and it's patients
I found her to be knowledgeable and caring about her patients
I love her
I actually did recommend Dr. O'NEAL to someone -- my husband. He loves her, too.
No problem with my care provider, she is concerned On my health issue, very responsible and professional
Dr. O'Neale was great
A Great group of excellence workers Thanks for their Service.
Dr O'Neal is a new doctor for me and shows more concern and understanding than I have experienced in the past ten years with my previous provider. She speaks clearly and is patient with my hearing challenges. She talks to me like a real person without wasting time. I don't feel rushed and appreciate I am not sitting and waiting so long for care. Her explanations for tests indicate her attention to me as an individual and not just another patient room to check off her box. I believe this is one of the reasons my blood pressure tests well when I come to see her instead of my usual, white coat syndrome, elevated numbers.
She's a very good doctor who listens and makes you feel comfortable
I would because you are concern and our health very serious
This doctor has a poor bedside manner and was very patronizing. She seemed in a hurry and did not care about my health or concerns. She came across as rude and uncaring. The student that was with her seemed to care more about me than she did.
I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Signe H. O'Neal care, bedside manner and ability to provide solutions to my concerns. Dr. Signe H. O'Neal belief in partnership care is a very rare quality!!! Both myself and my husband are very fortunate to have such a supportive care provider!!!
Would definitely recommend this doctor She is a good listener, showed concern, address all my problems and very informative about what I need to do.
Satisfied
Concerns was great
The Dr was supposed to send a prescription to the pharmacy but it never happened. I had to call back about 6 times and finally the next day I had a nurse to follow through to make it happen
I had several concerns but was told they had to be addressed at my next appointment. Things I was concern about ringing in my ears, bladder leak, receiving meds for rheumatoid arthritis was told she couldn't write a prescription for medication told to find myself a rheumatologist. Emory rheumatologist appointments was 4 months away. I worried whether I would be able to medication.
I was nervous to go to the doctor but was put at ease by Dr O'Neal. She was very thorough, attentive, and personable. She ordered all appropriate tests and explained my healthcare path.
Good experience
I'm an RN and MD treated me like I know nothing about my health. I felt belittled.
The worst doctor I have ever seen. She did nothing to help or address my concerns.
Dr. O'Neale was awesome
New patient as far as primary care goes. The Dr.made me very comfortable
Dr. Made you feel she was concerned about your problems.
Impressed with Mrs. O'Neal
Love how my care giver supported me through the process and made me feel like a person. She discussed my problems with me and didnt make me feel rushed or non- relevant. She raked me through reasonable solutions that I could manage. She's a great find fr the Emory staff, very relatable .
Wonderful experience
No complaints
I left with no answers, no help and am still concerned. Nothing personal but my visit didn't make me feel comforted. I'm still worried and concerned as to what is wrong with me.
Considering that this was an emergency room follow-up visit, I truly appreciated Dr. O'Neale's time and availability.
EXCELLENT Customer Service from everyone
She was exceptional! She addressed all issues and was very informative and thorough!
Very knowledgeable and I appreciate you all thanks for all what you all doing
Very good; I like that she gave me very good explanation for her recommendations. I wish she could've given me more options, but I understood where she was coming from.
