About
Sulemon Chaudhry completed his MD degree at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine (2011). Dr. Chaudhry completed his General Surgery Residency at New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center (2019). He completed his Abdominal Organ Transplant Fellowship at New York Presbyterian-Columbia/Cornell (2021).
Prior to joining the faculty at Emory in 2023, Dr. Chaudhry held positions at Weill-Cornell Medical College, Columbia University Medical Center, and the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Chaudhrys primary clinical focus is liver transplantation and hepatobiliary surgery. His articles have been published in a number of leading journals including Surgery, Kidney, and Current Transplantation Reports.
Dr. Chaudhry will serve as an abdominal transplant surgeon within the Division of Transplant in the Department of Surgery and the Emory Transplant Center based primarily at the Emory Clinic.
