Dr. Dutta asked me if I was doing exercises and massage. My response was "what exercises and what massage?" He never told me I should be doing those activities. Nothing was in the materials the nurse gave me before I started treatment either. I was very annoyed.
Dr. Dutta offered a solution to deal with the skin issue that seemed reasonable.

Dr Dutta is a great physician and a very caring, conscientious one. He takes time to show me my scans and explain them to me clearly. He participates in conversations about my care with other doctors. He takes responsibility and even calls a patient to personally discuss progress, side effects, or treatment.

Dr Dutta went out of his way to break down some barriers that were delaying my treatment. It was terrific that he listen, cared enough, and took definative action to clear some hurdles so I could get on track for treatment.
I had several questions for Dr. Dutta. He surpassed my expectations by not only thoroughly answering my questions, but also offering very valuable info/pt education couple with a great bedside manner/demeanor. As we drove home my sister, out of the blue, stated how impressed she was with the provider's overall performance.
Dr. Dutta answered all questions. He provided examples when I asked for further explanation.
Dr. Dutta is a consistently compassionate provider who Instills confidence with his thoroughness and presence. I do wish we could look at imaging together during video visits so provider can point out exactly what they are seeing and want to follow up on.
He was also helpful at putting me at ease. I was a little nervous about the thing that they put on my head so I couldn't move.
Can't thank Dr Dutta enough for his understanding and empathy of my situation. Took my concerns and took action to ensure an urgent plan to receive treatment . I can't thank him enough .
