Susan Sophia Spaulding, MD

Susan S. Spaulding, MD is an anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology at Emory University Hospital. She works in private practice for several years before she joined Emory University Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). She is a general anesthesiologist who provides anesthesia for general, plastic, otolaryngology, urology, gynecology, and ophthalmology surgeries. Her interests include ambulatory surgery, regional anesthesia, perioperative outcomes and anesthesiology resident education. She serves as the ASC GI Endoscopy Liaison.
