I was very pleased and would highly recommend
Very nice
The provider seems nervous with us. She seemed like she was rushing to hurry to finish. My son said she acted like she didn't know what to tell me about my condition
Excellent. Asked relevant questions and offered her opinion when asked
I really like Whitley Harris. She is an excellent PA.
The very best experience I have had in so long. She is making sure she is diagnosing me correctly by ordering test and scans to check for different problems.

Everyone there is gives awesome care to us.
No problems
Same as previous. I know my condition was very routine for the pulmonary specialists, but on my end, it had been a major issue for months. The nurse practitioner prescribed an inhaler that was immediately effective, and I am greatly appreciative of her knowledge.
Very personable.

The provider was very sensitive to my hearing loss and make sure that I heard every word she said, and and repeated things that she didn't
Current status of health and future actions were clearly discussed. No questions were left unanswered.

Satisfied with Mrs Harris
Whitley Harris is a very caring and kind doctors assistant.
While the last time I say this PA, she did seem to care. This time was a no. She did not explain my test results, although she said she did on the summary for my visit. She did not ask.me any of the care questions and guessed at them. I still don't know any of the risks because of the shot she suggested but she wrote on my.notes that we went over it...I know there are risks. That's all. Not what they are. I asked her at the beginning if there was a virtual option because the building made me sick.and it was hard to breath. She told me that she does not do it because she wants to spend time with her patients, but what I was there for was just a test results and to order meds. And we didn't even talk about that I don't understand my results at all. I had a friend with me and there were other tests we wanted to get and while she.looked them up( and we physically saw there were those test options) she refused and said just avoid latex. Because I was having an anaphylaxis reaction inside the office and asked about getting virtual appointments I feel like I was not treated well and this appointment was a waste of my time. Please understand. I wear a respirator mask into this office which was just slowing the reaction...not stopping it. After a wait for the doctor ( where im struggling to breathe and notice my vision is starting to change) my friend wanted to ask the nurse how long it would be waiting for her and if we needed to reschedule. When the PA came in, she made sure I knew she had just told someone they had lung cancer and I was being unreasonable. I was struggling to breathe and just wanted to reschedule or know how long. Not to be made feel guilt because I wasted my time.coming in. During my first appointment, she said she would call me if anything was found so we could order an allergy shot. She did not call. Did not order it( or start the process). I am not in a better situation now, then I was before coming into the office and will likely need to find a new Dr. I will not be going back to her. Not that I expect answers but I do expect respect.
Care provider was on the ball and a get it done person. She is my husbands care provider as well. We are very impressed with her and would highly recommend her to others.
PA was very nice and helpful.
Dr. Harris was very nice and caring, she experienced everything so that I understood her
Whitley continues to make each visit a positive experience.
She is the 4th dr I have seen for this issue. She was the absolute best. She listened when others disregarded. She took me seriously and didn't treat me like it was only in my head. She consulted the Dr and asked so many questions. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment
Simply outstanding.
NP had a blazay attitude was not very concerned about my condition or continuing references. Just didn't seem to care.
Everyone was very helpful and nice
Whitley is always very thorough. She is kind and she is patient.
PN was very knowledgeable, communiucated clearly in very understandable terms, and encouraged me to partake in decisin making.
Whitley Harris is amazing
As someone with asthma, I'm so relieved to find a practitioner like Whitley! I've also learned a lot about this process. There are some things that my time in the pulmonology clinic will help with (like medication changes, tests, etc.), but there are other things that are less covered (environmental concerns / strategies, considering longer term consequences). I got a coach through the Asthma & Allergy network, and with both PAs combined I feel well covered now. I do think that it would be helpful to provide a service like that through Emory, because I had to seek it out on my own.
Great
I would definitely recommend Whitley Harris to everyone! She was amazing explaining everything to me. I already have a follow up. She definitely cares about her patients!! She is a very dedicated professional!!
Whitley was timely and prepared. She had check history, looked at cpap usage and current stats etc which allowed her to go directly into face to face discussion and care. This demonstrated respect for time and confidence in what she is doing.
I feel like they will get to the root of my problem! Very pleased with care.
I have been having some nasal problems lately and was referred to a ENT for initial exam. I always get great care at the clinic.
Whitley Harris was very concerned about my problem with my C PAB equipment and getting me set up with the right firm to get my problem solved. At home Medical was calling me by the time I got home with an appointment time and to get the issue taken care of.
Good visit. PA was thorough and very attentive.
Good
Dr. Whitley is easy to talk to and she will give you the best advice.

Whitley is wonderful. She listens and gives good advice and she looks for long term solutions for my medical condition. She does the leg work and follows up and what she says she'll do.

I beeb telling everyone at my hometown about Dr. Harris and the practice. I insist they check out this practice
Dr (?) Harris was kind and offered several options and possible solutions.
Whitley listened to me and had a conversation about my care with me. It was a great experience.
I had some questions that weren't directly associated with her expertise, but she took the time to explain how what I was asking was related to my issue and gave me future directions. This was after our complete conversation. This made me feel like she really was concerned.
Dr Harris was very attentive and definitely a great listener. She was able to answer all my questions and giving feedback and making a recomendation
