Provider Wilcox did not sanitize nor wash his hands neither did the woman working with him. He and his assistant failed to introduce themselves when entering the room. He went right into examining my child. My fianc? had to shake hands at the end of the appointment to acknowledge that they didn't introduce themselves. He placed my child on an uncovered patient table faced down with no knowledge of it being cleaned prior, he was very insensitive and harsh when delivering the life altering results to us about our child. I was very upset and disappointed in his lack of care.

He was very thorough and not rushed. Answered all of our "dumb" questions without judgement. Loved our visit with him.

We will receive a kit in the mail. I thought more than a consultation would happen. Why could check (prick) his finger there and get blood to test?
