Dr Lu is amazing, I don't know how she can be so caring and compassionate every time I see her. She is the reason I do t go anywhere else. It takes a long time to get an appointment and when I've left message the nurse (?) assured me someone would call back but they never did. I spoke to Dr Lu and she was concerned and said I could message through the app and she would get back to me

Dr Lu is great! Very concerned about helping me with my walker and making sure I was comfortable during the exam as I've had 5 fusions and have some difficulty sitting and walking.

Dr. Lu is awesome but I'm questioning the accuracy of the optic scan since I wasn't dilated and have the beginnings of a cataract.

Dr. Lu said that at this time she saw no evidence of Macular Degeneration. I was grateful to hear that. This is a hereditary concern from my mother, and both of my two older sisters. However, my other concern is that I still feel a slight twitch in my left eye. This is something which is new for me in the last few months and was also a concern that bothers me.

Doctor Alexa Lo spelt L and a U - my phone will not allow me to type Those two letters together - Its an apple bug.She was absolutely amazing, what a great surgeon and so willing to share details about the operation.My wife and I were so taken back by her kindness and attention to detail.She reads people's expressions very well and can detect a question you may have, answers were so comforting to me and my wife.What a lovely human being.
