She's technically excellent and a nice person!

Dr Moore was extremely rushed. I had waited over an hour in the waiting area and since January as explained in the survey. Due to the loooong wait , I would only describe my main concern and go elsewhere for a provider. I came to Emory looking for a new eye doctor since my regular one retired. I still have a retinal specialist in Marietta and will ask that office for a referral

Dr Moore is the best. Always listens and provides advice. Very smart at investigating problems and finding solutions. I never feel dismissed or rushed.

I was surprised how conversational she was as a professional. Most tend act like they can not multitask or we are only doing business, full stop.

Dr. Moore could not have been more helpful. She suggested one alternative approach and gave me a trial contact lens to try that approach. As I write this I am preparing to implement that approach.

Dr. Moore is VERY good. She has handled my eye exams and fittings for several years (and my wife too). She remembers me and my eye problems and is very good at explaining as she goes. You should have more staff physicians like her.

I was never told what the diagnosis was despite Dr. Moore talking about treatment at length. I had to look at MyChart to see what it was called there. But she did spend a lot of time to explain drugstore product for treatment.

Dr Moore checked various aspects of my vision. She explained possible progression of my vision, leading me to be very secure in my decision for the present. She also reminddd me I could always come back sooner!

When Doctor Moore came in I felt the visit was rushed during the exam with the light advising me to follow the light it was very fast and I couldn't keep up with her so I didn't follow the light so the exam was inaccurate she never verbalized that I was not following the light.My visit was horrible. I was given two annual screenings within months which I will get billed for I will not pay for this surprise visit.Emory Health Care is just not the same.

This was an appointment coordinated with an appointment for Vision Field in an other department. Both services were well very well timed.

I particularly appreciated Khadijah's kindness in putting me at ease during the vision testing portion of the appointment - for some reason, I've always gotten nervous during eye exams, but she actually made it pleasant. As a result, I'm sure my new prescription will be "spot on."

Dr. Moore thoroughly explained what she was looking for and what she found, she showed me the graphics (after a sort of "MRI of my eyeballs" test), and most of all, she let me know that although I need to keep an eye on things (pardon the pun!), I shouldn't worry. She also had me schedule a follow up visit (3 months) so she could check to see if there were any changes to my eyes.

Dr. Moore is a wonderful doctor, however I think she needs to work on her time management skills. Patients shouldn't have to wait 30mins for her to see her.

She started out kinda Upset when I tried to tell her how the original RX was. How I was treated by technician Inga and the previous tech messed up.I tried to explain that no one had taken my glasses to compare prescription too.
