Emory Healthcare Link is a secure, web-based portal that allows external health care entities (e.g., referring providers, private practice staff) to view relevant patient information and perform service-oriented tasks (e.g., refer patients to Emory, enter orders).
With one call, our team can help coordinate the referral and transfer of your patient to any one of our services, specialties, or hospitals.

Refer Your Patient

  • Use Emory Healthcare Link, a web-based portal that allows referring providers (and/or members of their care team) to send a referral and view real-time, relevant clinical information for their patients. This will be the primary and facilitated way referring providers will be able to refer to and communicate with Emory Healthcare providers and services. We encourage you and your care teams to use this exciting new platform to ensure optimal and efficient continuity of care for your patients.
  • Use our priority referral line by calling 404-778-4832, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
  • Access our online referral form and fax it to 404-778-6022.

Transfer Your Patient

Referring Provider Support Line

The Referring Provider Support Line is easy to use: Dial the toll-free number 1-800-22-EMORY or 404-778-5050. You will be connected with an Emory representative, who can help you identify and schedule with the Emory specialist that meets the needs of you and your patients, connect you with Physician at-the-elbow support for Epic workflow questions, and assist with resolving other concerns. If you would like to speak with an Emory physician directly, the Emory will connect with an Emory physician, who will contact you within minutes.
