PA Skylark is the best.

Makeba Skylark is by far one of the best care professionals Emory have. She's kind, caring, listens well and knowledgeable about concerns I have. I highly advise anyone to seek care with a Nurse Practitioner.

Dr Skylark is a good listener. I talked to her about something's I had going on I some supplements I was taking. She advised me to cautious with supplements.

Ms. Skylark, the PA, took the time to review my medical history and compared my current blood pressure and heart rate to previous numbers. She asked pertinent questions and reached a conclusion that I was satisfied with.

Didnt ask or give me options on what kind of relief/care and medications I would most benefit from per my reason for being there and a options for me to consider or not, or why I can get some meds and possibly why not In which I had asked about. But did tell me and give me some shots and meds quickly without much explanation of them in which I just agreed to when they were preparing them by saying, ok whatever will help this. They did expect me to take a urine sample to "rule out any possible bladder or urinary Infection" which I thought was strange per the reason for my visit, especially with the pain I was in and difficulty in standing, sitting or moving around etc. I politely declined saying please understand I do not have to go to the bathroom as I managed to just before leaving for the clinic at my home and it was a difficult task with the #1and 2 with this pain in any movement yet I will gladly any other time

Markkeba Skylark is a great listener, efficient, professional, her bedside approach is excellent.

Ms. Skylark asked me specific questions addressing my concerns from my last visit. I didn't just receive my annual physical care, but she followed up on the progression of my perimenopausal symptoms. We talked about the symptoms impacting me physically and emotionally. She listened while I shared very personal things/ She shared that the office has a therapist and also shared about the neuroflow app. She simply listened, shared, and gave me the space to navigate my own follow-up.

I saw the ofc notes she posted and they were not accurate and she made an insulting comment about my dog. She called her a "clingy pitbull" and they didn't draw any blood. She also stated on the notes I never had mamagram or pap smear, I had just not in awhile.
