Dr. Nkoy is not very personable. I was talking to her about my weight and she did not seemed like she cared since my BMI is within range even though it bothers me. My labs were uploaded same day and Dr. Nkoy informed me it will take 10 days for her to review my labs. 10 days is a long time for lab reviews. I have access to my labs so I have to wait for her to look at them for TEN DAYS?? In the meantime, I'm researching my own lab results. Doesn't seem like there is any sense of urgency to review labs in a timely manner for your patients

She was very understanding, I had a huge surgery which didn't go well and my mental hasn't been in a great space and she reassured me that everything will be fine. Love her
I didn't feel like my provider cared at all. She rushed through questions and didn't let me finish answers when she asked. Over all, I felt as if I was an inconvenience rather than a patient.

Granted, my visit was a follow up for my A1c and to make sure that my levels are going down. However, I had just been very frank with the previous person and it was astonishing that my PA said nothing. She was In fact not like herself, but very uncomfortable acting, quickly mentioned my levels looked good, meds to stay the same and after a few weird giggles, she was gone! Left me wondering what is up with asking a patient if their depressed or suicidal if you aren't going to do anything with it!?!?!?
