Kelley Dwyer, Doctor of Audiology (AuD), joined Emory Audiology in February 2021, following eight years of service as a pediatric audiologist at Pediatric ENT of Atlanta, where she was Director of the audiology program. Kelley Dwyer, AuD completed her undergraduate degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders at the University of Georgia and her Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) at East Tennessee State University where she was President of the Student Academy of Audiology ETSU Chapter in 2012 and 2013. She was a recipient of the 2012 ASHA Academic/Hearing Science Research Travel Award and the 2012 ETSU Foundation Laurie Higgins Scholarship award. She completed her graduate Capstone project on Hearing Aid Outcomes in Veterans With and Without Visual Impairment. Kelley Dwyer, AuD is an active member of the audiological community and enjoys teaching the next generation of audiologists. She specializes in hearing aid technology and implantables. Recently, she was an author on a paper published in an international journal regarding novel cochlear implantation in a person with Alstrom Syndrome which has been cited to shape the modern treatment process for those affected by this disorder. She has also presented at international and local cochlear implant conferences. Kelley Dwyer, AuD was raised in Snellville, GA and has an emotional connection to audiology, as her brother was one of the first people in Georgia to receive a surgically implanted bone anchored hearing system. She lives in Dunwoody with her husband, children, and French bulldog, Archer.
Kelley Dwyer, AuD was named a Top 1% Diamond Provider for 2023 and was awarded Employee of the Quarter - Winter 2022 for the Department of Otolaryngology.
