Both Dr. Kesner and her Fellow were thorough, communicated carefully and clearly, displayed a sense of humor and common sense approach that was kind, relieved tension and explained carefully.

I didn't like our last conversation that we had at my last visit. I don't like to be forced or criticized if I'm not comfortable in getting certain treatments. I understand that the doctors are here to help us, however I should not be told that if I don't comply that I won't be considered a patient of theirs anymore. Not nice.
