The provider is new but the second time having an appointment with her she said nice to meet you making me feel less than confident that she's tracking me or my chart. When asked about my symptoms, she asked why I thought I was having those when they are directly caused by the medication I'm taking. When I asked why I needed to see her again in 2 weeks, she deleted all of my appointments that day. Then I asked what about my treatment in 2 weeks and she added the treatment along with provider visit back. And that's after I sent a my chart message a week prior asking if it was necessary to see the provider two weeks apart. I get treatments regularly and haven't had provider visits at every appointment in the past. It feels like a waste of both of our time. It makes me feel like she's not listening to me or looking at my chart. She's very nice, but I didn't feel confident in my care.

Ms. Hopkins was very helpful in helping me make decisions about a recent condition that needed attention. She was gentle, thorough, and helped me make an informed decision! She was great!

Very informative concerning my situations. Very friendly, and I felt very comfortable during the visit and sharing my emotional thoughts and feelings as well as physical. Very pleased with the information I was given, and the detail with which my questions were answered, and the concern shown throughout.
