Doctor Rogers is one of the best physicians I've ever encountered.
She was great. Not rushed, kind, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice experience with this dr.

Dr. Roger's was fantastic. Listened carefully about my concerns and explained every aspect of my care. I think she is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor.
Love Dr. Ashley Rogers! She always listens to my concerns. We discuss my plan and she gives me options and lets me choose what I feel is best for me while advising and talking about any concerns.
Dr. Rogers is amazing and listens to your needs.
The best team always!
Dr Rogers is knowledgeable and very accommodating to me
Everyone was very helpful.
Extremely thorough
Rogers walked in the room, took 90 seconds to yell at me complaining I am wasting her time, then proceeded to leave the room. I didn't even get an opportunity to get one sentence out. Horrible experience
I am usually very satisfied with Dr. Rogers. On this date I was very unhappy, and I'm still angry. I was given an appointment for a treatment for my knees. When Dr. Rogers came in, she looked at my chart and informed me that her office had not obtained prior authorization for the treatment. She said that we need to do a checkup before getting the authorization as well, and this appointment would be that checkup. I believe her office made a mistake and failed to contact my insurance company for prior authorization. When I expressed disappointment, she showed no empathy and argued that she was getting prior authorization to protect me from being charged. If we needed this appointment to be a checkup without treatment, I should have been told that when we originally scheduled it. The injections were set out on the counter in preparation, and the nurse had confirmed that I would be receiving that treatment, but then Dr. Rogers came in and changed things. I would still be disappointed but not so offended if Dr. Rogers had admitted her office made a mistake and if she had apologized. I asked if they could apply for preauthorization and see if it would come back later that day. It was 8:00 a.m. She said no, that she had 20 patients to see and there was no time to do that. Really? She spent 5 minutes with me, and if she administered the shots she would have spent 30-45 minutes with me. This certainly gave her more time in her schedule. Additionally, it should not be my problem how many patients she has scheduled. I was really let down. This is the second time I have had an issue like this with this office failing to properly apply for preauthorization and schedule a procedure. Admitting a mistake and offering a sincere apology is a skill Dr. Rogers needs to learn.
Very personable responce
Unable to answer last question. I have seen her twice and first experience was ok second not that great. I didn't feel listened to and she did not care to hear the history of my on going issues
Dr Roger's reviewed the MRI and fully explained all options
Dr. Ashley is the vest
Dr. Rogers always listens to what you have to say. She shows alot of Passion and response with Positive and helpful care for what I have to deal with.
Dr Roger's and her staff are the best.
Doctor Ashley Roger's. was very thorough in her explanation and how to proceed with my issue.
Dr Rogers is wonderful, professional, easy to understand and approachable for questions. Very competent.
The doctor did not review my history records prior to our office visit. She started out the office visit with the wrong summary of my issue. She didn't have the latest MRI images even though they were in the Emory My Chart from a previous Emory Doctor visit with a neurosurgeon back in Sept 2025.
Dr an excellent communicator. Described observations clearly so I could understand.
Have recommended this practice to many friends and family. Always receive the absolutely best care from this practice. Entire staff is great.
I am so happy I found Dr. Roger's a few years ago. She is very knowledgeable, caring and truly another beautiful soul in that group. I am very pleased with her. She has always treated me with respect and dignity.

She really takes the time to give you all the options that will help me great personality
Very concerned about my present state and eager to seek out the best solution for my current situation.
I was very impressed by everyone that I met with before actually meeting with the doctor. Then, Dr. Rodgers spent a great deal of time listening to my issues and about caring about the problems I had. I followed her recommendations and I'm doing better after my visit. So I give out my thanks to everyone I met.
We always feel like we solvinh the problem together and most imoprtantly her communication with other doctors is why I came to Emory integrated healthcare.
Great Doctor and great staff.
Dr. Rogers and her staff are ALWAYS very courteous, caring, and professional.
Dr Rogers has been the one and only doctor who's been able to improve my pain level in over 40 years. I recommend her to everyone I know who has pain issues of any kind.
She looked at me with disgust and for the most part I didn't get to say anything that she would've considered anyway. She didn't offer and help with pain meds or asked if I was taking anything for it very i'm concerned and inconsiderate. When I mentioned other diagnosis she looked at me as if I was lying just cause she didn't see it on paper! She literally wasted my time. I couldn't wait to leave there. I'm so tired of doctors that don't look like me not caring!
Great care and support
Dr. Rogers was superbly prepared to discuss the condition that brought me to her.
Dr. Rogers is always thorough and kind!
They treated me very well
I am in the midst of needing to address a few pain issues. Dr Rogers is very knowledgeable and empathetic.
I feel like she belittled me. I am beginning H20 water therapy and if she wanted to wait and see how that went, they could have saved me a very stressful drive and an emotional appointment for her to tell me nothing.
Dr. Rogers talked me through the procedure. She was empathetic and gentle.
I liked the Dr very much, very helpful and informative.
I really like Dr Rogers' method of evaluating the issues and discussing potential solutions.
I would recommend to anyone needing these services
Dr. Rodger's is an excellent physician and the best staff I have experienced.
I referred a couple of people already

Dr Rogers was more than I could ask for. She showed true concern and made me feel that she truly cared. Couldn't ask for better

Never anything bad.

I trust Dr. Rogers and appreciate her care.
Dr. Rogers is very helpful explaining everything
I always feel as if I am a valued patient when in Dr. Roger's office.
Dr. Rogers spent a lot of time and offered a few options, even though there are not many. She was understanding about all of the surgeries and explained all of the potential side effects, etc.
Dr.Rogers makes me feel heard and comfortable. She listens patiently to my concerns and has made my experience with pain easier to manage. Pain can often be overlooked but I feel she does her very best to help me feel seen. I really appreciate that!
Dr Rogers practice/office is what all medical practices should strive to be.

Great teacher and very compassionate
Dr Roger was pleasant, listened to my concerns and included me in decisions
So far, a very good experience. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
Dr Rogers gave me as much time as I needed to discuss all of my pain management issues. She is a compassionate provider who gets to know her patients over time and makes sure to discuss multiple strategies toward the patient's long term pain goals.
Dr. Rogers goes out of her way to listen and to find answers to my concerns.

Dr Rogers and her whole team are always excellent, friendly, and very understanding of my multiple sources of pain.
I enjoy doctor Rogers she is very informative, polite, &kind
Dr. Rogers was very thorough and answered all our questions. It was an excellent visit.
I'm very impressed that Dr Rogers reviewed all my labs, MRI's and scans before my visit, so her exam was excellent and gave us time to discuss options and make a plan.
Always caring and attentive, Dr Rogers sowed the same empathy and concern as on previous visits.
I was very pleased that Dr. Rogers listened to my concerns and made recommendations and a clear care plan that I could follow. I think the exam went well. It seems she took time to read my chart. I was very pleased with her "bedside" manner.
Reasonable approach.
Dr. Rogers expressed sincere concern for my clinical presentation and symptomatic development. The pain clinic staff functions as a team and I am made to feel I am a key member of that team.
Outstanding
Dr Rogers always makes sure I am clear on my medication schedule for maximum results from the medication
Good listener and explains things well.
Dr Rogers is the best'!
Just recommended Dr. Rogers today. I've seen three pain specialists in the past 15 years and Dr Rogers is by far the best. She's terrific.
Great care and compassion
Dr Rogers always gives me ample time to meet with her at appointments while showing interest & empathy. She even surprised me during this last appointment by offering to stop by to check on me at my upcoming surgery (since she scheduled to be working in the same building the procedure was scheduled to take place in). That offer meant a lot to me.
Dr Rogers and her staff have always been very professional and have always listened to my input and always engage me in the consultation. We have always reached a mutually agreeable solution. Their recommendations are very thorough and explained very clearly.
Excellent experience
Dr. Rogers is excellent at her job.
Dr Roger's is a great listener and provides the most professional insights possible.
I'm so glad I have Dr. Rogers now, and I feel confident she will help me with my pain.
She was quick and to the point! She cared about my history and wanted to know how to best help me moving forward. We came up with a great game plan.
As always, Dr Rogers showed concern, compassion, friendliness, and genuine care about the plan we put together and its ongoing effectiveness. Her kindness and professionalism are always much appreciated.
I think everyone from doctors to nurses and alike does a great job.
Excellent
Dr. Ashley conversation is very harsh.
