She was professional and courteous, however, the facility itself is difficult to navigate and the support staff's skillset Is wanting.
The PA (Ballard) is always courteous and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable and very assured of my progress.
Blake was very thorough in her examination and thoughtful and clear in her recommendations for optional next steps. She was also very gracious by letting me ask a question on behalf of my wife who is dealing with discomfort due to a foot / toe condition and suggesting what options she may consider.
She was friendly and professional, as well as thorough I felt. I struggle with the fact that there seems to be such limited physician availability at Emory, so that we can really only see a PA in any kind of timely way. But that's an overarching issue; in this case I felt fine with the care I was given.
