Blake Ballard is truly a gem. She was very clearly showed my where my heal was broken on the x-ray and explained how it was healing. She showed compassion when I asked her to speed up my recovery. She was professional and courteous, however, the facility itself is difficult to navigate and the support staff's skillset Is wanting.

Blake was very thorough in her examination and thoughtful and clear in her recommendations for optional next steps. She was also very gracious by letting me ask a question on behalf of my wife who is dealing with discomfort due to a foot / toe condition and suggesting what options she may consider.
