Dr. Lewis is excellent - she spends time listening! Her bedside manner is truly exceptional.

Doctor wanted to know why I was there. My previous doctor did follow-up visits after colonoscopies. Dr. Lewis didn't appear to be interested in a follow-up review. So since my needs weren't immediate, my visit didn't appear necessary, not even as a future patient. Will probably not reschedule with her.

The plan for the medication regimen was initially confusing with details to remember but reassurance given re availability of instruction online and printed. Also was puzzled by the question re follow up after a procedure and starting new medication. I was asked if I wanted follow up and I had assumed that the provider/prescriber would make that decision depending on the results of the procedure and to evaluate effectiveness of the new medication regimen. Otherwise satisfied with care snd ease of conversation with the physician.

Dr. Lewis was courteous, friendly and professional. She listened to my concerns, acknowledged them, and worked out a care plan that included my input.It was my pleasure to meet her and it was an excellent experience.

She was rude, abrupt, not patient centered, and seemed to have a bad attitude the entire appointment, very discouraging considering I drove 3 hours to see her. Was with her less than 20 minutes.
