Brittany Carson, MD

Brittany Carson, MD is an OBGYN at Emory Healthcare - Midtown. She completed medical school at the University of Missouri - Columbia. She recently completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Magee Women's Hospital, where she was an administrative chief resident. 
Dr. Carson received the ASCCP Award, which is given to a resident who has shown outstanding research, academic, or clinical potential. 
Dr. Carson enjoys the longevity and breth of the patient-physician relationship that is given in Obstetrics and Gynecology - whether it be annual exams, pregnancy & delivery, or surgeries such as hysterectomies. At an academic institution, Dr. Carson hopes to show the power & importance of patient-centered care to training physicians before they begin their careers.
