After waiting as long as I did,I was tempted to leave. It was the interaction with the staff and physician that kept me.

Dr. Soriano was so gentle and kind. She made the experience so much better. Her manner is top-tier and professional with a heart. Some doctors/surgeons can be a bit robotic but she is truly a star and does a difficult job with class, grace and compassion. She has the common touch while being an incredibly bright professional. She made the experience very simple and easy. She eased my concerns about going into surgery while not sugarcoating the seriousness of the procedure needed. She also showed concern for my preventative care by asking how I felt about getting a colonoscopy. I felt genuinely cared for. She is impressive.

Dr Soriano was also very, very helpful and pleasant. She also knows her stuff. She helped me decide what to do with my problem (with another gastroenterologist). If she weren't so far from me, I would change doctors. Please thank her for me.
