Dr. Tsai is obviously very knowledgeable. But, what makes her truly above the rest is her amazing bedside manner! She spent a lot of time with my father and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed, and she asks a lot of good, probing questions. Just can't say enough about her wonderful demeanor!

She covered all of our questions and thought seeing an ENT would be helpful in learning more about the sinus problem. It was a very relaxed visit and we felt the visit wasn't rushed.
