Going into this exam with worries and anxiety. Upon the beginning of meeting my Doctor and her team, all concerns left. Seriously, I could not have had a greater experience. I felt the entire team was heavenly sent. The service they provided was fully explained to at the beginning and after service. I can not say it enough, I feel great after the service provided and all my prayers was answered.
This was my first visit to this practice and couldn't be more happy and felt very comfortable with my entire appointment. Every staff member was so friendly, considerate and caring to my needs.

Although my first impression in meeting this doctor was very positive and I found her very knowledgeable and caring, I have been surprised by what I consider a mistake in the options for a follow up procedure as the next step in treatment of my prostate. Here specifically is what I meant: I don't remember the exact names of the procedures, but Dr Troare told me I could have either a CT Scan of the Abdomen OR a ultrasound for measuring the size of my prostate and that her staff would be in touch to help in the scheduling. Unfortunately her staff offered only the more expensive CT Scan. I preferred the ultrasound procedure, and when I called Urology a week ago to point out the error that I was not offered the ultrasound procedure and wanted to schedule this instead of the CT Scan, no one after an entire week has called me back. Also more than a week ago, I think I message Dr TRoare and team on this matter, and after almost two weeks, there has been no response!

She made sure that I understood, aware, and what my options were as well as the pros & cons of the procedure on order to make a conscious decision.

Dr. Traore was wonderful. Personable, made me feel at easy given the nature of the visit. Very friendly and concerned. I felt like I had been to her before instead of just my first time. She apologized for running late which is unusual and she explained the next steps in detail. When my test results came in, she contacted me through my chart immediately as she promised.

She was kind enough to call and discuss a prescription change with me after the visit, and could have relied on My Chart to do provide that function.
