Emmanuel Moss, MD

Dr. Emmanuel Moss is an Associate Professor of Surgery in the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine, specializing in robotic cardiac surgery. He is a graduate of McGill University Medical School and completed his residency training at the University of Montreal and Montreal Heart Institute. Following his advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery at Emory University, Dr. Moss returned to Canada, where he was named the Teitelbaum/Gross Distinguished Scientist in Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery. He went on to serve as Director of the Division of Cardiac Surgery at the Jewish General Hospital and Director of McGill University's Cardiac Surgery Residency Training Program. During his tenure, he co-founded the hospital's TAVR program and initiated and led its robotic intracardiac and coronary artery bypass surgery program. Dr. Moss has since returned to Emory University, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in structural, minimally invasive, and robotic cardiac surgery.
