I would like to commend the outstanding service provided by the healthcare team at Emory Healthcare at Miller Grove. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very same day, which was greatly appreciated. The patient information forms were sent to me via text message and were very easy and convenient to complete.Upon arriving at the facility for my first visit, the attendant who checked me in made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The nurse and doctor were both warm, professional, and genuinely focused on my health and well-being. They took the time to listen and provide quality care in a caring environment.The checkout process was also simple and efficient, and the attendant assisting me was kind, patient, and very helpful. Overall, the entire staff provided outstanding customer service and healthcare support. Thank you to everyone at the Miller Grove location for such a positive experience.

She was very kind, she explained every detail to me, asked if I had any questions and if I did she answered them. I really loved her personality, I felt good about her. I walked out the door, me and my daughter in law looked at each other and said, I like her at the same time.
I'm not sure if the NP was made aware of the situation before hand with the MA but I felt once she was in the room, she ultimately understood that I was just making sure I was well enough to travel. She brought my attention to a very important matter about hydrating and inaccuracies with a specific BP cuff I had at home and she recommended that I follow up with my PCP upon my return if I still have other issues that needs addressing.

She was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and thorough...she made me feel like she cared about all of my concerns as a patient, and not like I was just another number. She took a reasonable amount of time during my visit, to explain all of my health concerns and never once made me feel rushed. She went over and beyond to ensure that I was informed and with no unanswered questions before leaving. I would only want to return to see her, I don't have to have a "doctor" just so that I may have the consistency of the same experience the next time!
