He explained everything clearly and answered all the questions I had. He had wonderful beside manner.

The doctor knows his area of expertise, but bed side manners were not good. I wasn't greeted with a hello or the doctor telling me his name. He brushed in right past me ( I was standing near the door) and immediately sat down. Again, no introductionjust tell me why you are here today. He seemed tired or like he would have rather been somewhere else.I was, however, very thankful a doctor could see me on the same day I called, and was not expecting that to happen.

Dr.Umana was extremely professional, paced in his clinical explanation of my EGD test results, clearly addressed my current and past GI concerns, and provided solutions. He shared in depth explanations of medication purpose, use and mechanism of action to help me understand why certain medications provide positive results. He provided a plan to move things forward with my health.
