The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown below from our survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Dr Isiadinso is well prepared for my visit. She reviewed my records and listened to my concern. She takes good care of me.
She was a little abrupt She took her time with me but felt a little bit dismissive even though I think she's probably a good doctor This was just a consult about a medication
Dr. Isiadinso is very good
Dr. Isidioma is amazing
The doctor took time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I really appreciated how she listened to my concerns and explained everything so clearly. I feel confident in her care.
Dr. Isiadinso is a fantastic physician. She is personable and explains everything in detail. She is patient and never feels rushed.
The cardiologist was excellent! Very thorough and explained her concern with my heart and discussed preventative measures to help me get heart healthy. Truly was a great visit and she spent time talking to me and reviewing my health history!!!
Dr. Isiadinso listens and responds appropriately to concerns. In the past years, I had been going to another practice that is not as well run. I saw two different male doctors that simply did not listen and address my concerns.
During the appointment, the care provider team were good. Post appointment, they have been unresponsive. I have sent messages to the doctor via MY Chart. I contacted the office twice in one day to speak with a nurse. When I described what I am feeling, the call dispatcher marked it urgent for a nurse to contact me. To this day, no one on the care team has responded. Since I am still experiencing the symptoms, I will go to the ER today. The Pharmacy team has been wonderful (A++)
Extremely thorough explanations with a bonus review of recent studies, changes since past guidelines, and an overview of new research that will be coming soon.
I felt she was rushing me through my visit because she was running behind
Dr. Isiadinso is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She's extremely empathetic, really listens and takes the time to dissect your problems/concerns and what you are trying to convey. It's also important to her to understand my own health goals and her role to help me get there. She's also always smiling, makes you laugh and puts the patient at ease. And she's extremely knowledgable, you can tell that she's continuously evolving and learning.
Good a
Dr Isiadinso was both clinically excellent in discussing/explaining all plus personally engaging.
Dr Isiadinso is an extremely up-to-date Preventive Cardiologist, with a sincerity to match. I am grateful to now be under her care.
My provider is extremely professional knowledgeable and very nice and caring and answers any questions I may have ..I am very pleased with my provider
I went in with a scary diagnosis and Dr. Isiadinso was wonderful. I already knew it was very little they could do to help the condition. But she gave me hope that there were other things we could do to improve the situation and suggested some tests that could help me know where I stand at this point. I came out of the visit much more encouraged than when I went in. And I have faith that she will do whatever she can to help me weather this situation.
As always, the doctor, the supporting staff and everyone involved did their job extremely well and I have no complaints whatsoever to report or record.
Dr Ijeoma is exceptional
Good
Everyone listened to my concerns and offered options. I felt heard.
Patient, allowed me to express my concerns and questions about the medication being prescribed to me and how it would affect me.
She gave me clear instructions. Took an interest in me any life, asked questions. Listened to me. Was patient and kind. Extremely knowledgeable. Was kind and supportive to her MD resident and treated her with respect. She asked her for her opinion and did a great job teaching her.
Dr Isiadinso was very helpful and responsive
It felt good to be listened to.
Dr. Isiadinso is one of the best "listeners" at Emory Clinic. She is thoughtful, collaborative, and kind.
Dr. ISIADINSO IS THE BEST DOCTOR THAT CARES GREATLY FOR OUR FAMILY. SHE IS SO DETAILED ON EVERY ISSUE CONCERNING OUR HEALTH. SHE GOES THROUGH EVERYTHING FROM LABS TO TEST AND GIVES US DIRECTION ON WHAT WE NEED TO DO. ALSO IT'S SO WONDERFUL SEEING HER AND HER STAFF SO GREAT IN EVERY WAY!!!
I truly enjoy Dr. Isiadinso.
Dr Isiadinso and her team mate Dr. Leal listened and that very important fact probably saved my mothers life.
Good
The doctor and the staff was amazing and kept me updated every step of the day. I felt comfortable and would recommend to anyone.
This visit seemed rushed and inconsistent with my past experiences with the Doctor. Although I receive exceptional care when I come to my appointments, I was eager to receive a more detailed analysis regarding my progress. I drove 3 hours to get to the clinic and waited over 30 minutes to be called back. I spoke with the doctor for 10 minutes or maybe less. And after thinking about this as I type it out, there probably was a stall since I needed up to date labs
Practitioner displayed an extremely intimidating and uncaring attitude hence the reason for the visit got lost. The visit seem to be more about establishing authority rather than getting to the crux of the reason for the appointment. I left feeling that the practitioner thought that I was unintelligent and not able to communicate clearly the Issue. Rather than getting the needed help. I was left feeling belittled from the experience and could not focus on the care..Previous experience from Cardiologist at Emory (Clifton Road).did not have the same outcome, in fact the opposite..
I can't say enough about Dr. I and Dr. Leal her partner I almost dropped to my knees in thanking God for these two professionals. We were so discouraged by others we saw before finding them. Without uttering a single comment about the previous professionals we sought help from they just did the right thing!
Very pleased overall!
True professionals !!!
The doctor is exceedingly good. I have not yet met another provider who really listens and responds to patient questions. Great doctor
Dr. I is simply the best! I called her Dr. I
The doctor listened to me patiently, examined carefully and professionally and gave Avery good adt
Dr. Isiodinso takes good care of me. She is extremely knowledgable. She provides direction and actionable steps to ensure my good health.

Very good
Doctor Isiadinso was fantastic- reviewed current record and history and explained her findings and concerns
I like Dr Isiadinso. She appears caring and concerned. She listens and I trust her.
Good
Excellent, understanding, good communication, and excellent knowledge and care.
My experience with Dr. Isiadinso was excellent.
Great experience.. Dr Isiadinso is great.. Listens & gives Great feedback
Great doctor so glad I found her.
Dr. Isiadinso is excellent! She had read my medical history before I arrived and spent a good deal of time with me exploring my eating and exercise and eating habits. By the time she offered a (3 x week) prescription for Crestor with follow up, I felt confident that it was the right move.
Poor bedside manners
Very good
Dr. Isiadinso showed great care and concern for my situation.
I told the doctor I wasn't comfortable getting back to my normal activity. She recommended cardio rehab.
Dr Isiadinso's care and treatment is beyond expectation. The time and attention given to my case is unprecedented I really appreciate her followup after the visit too. Fabulous
Dr Isoadinso is lovely. She is compassionate with a sense of himor!
Ver thorough. She answered all my questions and even provided advice about a flu shot for my husband who is also her patient.
I was excited about receiving care from an Emory Provider. I actually transferred my records from another cardiologist and looked forward to seeing this particular provider. I was told that she was very knowledgeble and informitive. To my disappontment, although knowledgeble, her chair side manners seemed very cold, she replied with short answers. She didn't seem to care. I left imformed but not educated.
Dr. Isiadinso was very professional, kind, and patient. She made up for the slackness of the horrible service I received at check-in.
Listen to me about my concerns was very good
I was glad to visit my doctor as a regular patient and not for an emergency like the time before. Her medication recommendations for me are working.
Dr Isiadinso is a great listener and took much time with me. She has the perspective that if someone is seeing her they are more than likely anxious about their condition. She gets it.
We had a good discussion about the need for an egg. I felt heard even though we decided not to do it.
Great
Very good experience. Dr. Isiadinso is very patient
Dr. Isiadinso is a good listener, is very personable, and answers my questions. Great doctor.
Good
Dr. Isiadinso made me feel at ease. She made me feel not just a patient but as an individual she truly cares about.
I would recommend this Physian to anyone. She was very knowledgeable and confirmed a diagnosis that an out of state Physian could not. She showed genuine concern for my issues. I felt respected. She was patient and friendly. I am glad she is on my healthcare team.
I have complete confidence in my Emory Doctors.
My provider listen I did not feel rushed during my visit.
She listened to me, I was very comfortable talking to her.
Dr. Isiadinso is kind and direct. She listened well, took notes, and gave recommendations for losing weight helpful to women.
Dr. Isiadinso was attentive and allowed me ample time to pose questions. I appreciate her professionalism.
I have recommended their office and Dr. Isiodanzo.
Dr isiadinso is excellent
I'm extremely fortunate to have Dr Isiadinso as my physician. Answers all my questions & is extremely knowledgeable. I'm fortunate
She is thorough and caring
Great Doctor. Very personable and engaging. Love the care I get from her!
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DR. ISIADINSO IS SO VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MOM'S HEALTH. SHE NOT ONLY HAS SPENT TIME IN CLINIC WITH MOM, BUT HOURS REVIEWING TESTS RESULTS, CONTACTING OTHER PROVIDERS AND ORDERING TESTS. SHE IS A SAINT.
Dr Isiadinso is the absolute best always listening and inquiring to provide the best treatment options
She seemed hurried, typing away on her computer. Minimal eye contact.
Excellent physician. Comes across as very caring.
Excellent, as always. Thoroughly knowledgeable and clear explanations.
While my provider is probably a good Dr, there is a lack of connecting with me as patient. Just seems distant and too busy interpreting reports etc.
Excellent!
Dr. Isadinso is always pleasant and Dad looks forward to to seeing and talking with her. He says she listens to him and understands him.
My Doctor Rocks!
Both doctors listened to my concerns.
OMG. Oh My Goodness. She left me feeling awful. I came home and told my daughter how she treated me and she told me I should let the doctor know how I felt. I haven't sent her a message. I do want to share it with you. She is not a warm and caring person. She is matter of fact and talks over the patient's head. I hold several degrees and I'm a journalist. So that's saying a lot that she was talking over my head. She made me feel back about sharing my symptoms with her. She sorta made me feel stupid. And that's saying a lot because rarely do I feel that way. She harshly told me that there is nothing wrong with my heart. This is the way she made me feel... I feel like she was saying... "Girl, what are you doing in my office? Why are you wasting my time? There is nothing wrong with you!!!" I asked her several questions and her responses made me feel like I was being a nuisance to her. If I ever have heart issues, I will never go to her again. If my family members have heart issues, I will never refer her to them. Of course, I love the Emory network and I tell everyone I know they should only go to Emory.
Dr Isiadinso is so thorough and very caring, a great doctor!
I needed to restate my concerns about my care experience, especially related to Symptoms I need to be aware of for example. Explaining the dynamics of Anxiety instead of Addressingthe lack of information, which was what I stated was causing my anxiety. Who wouldn't be nervous about the lack of information of symptoms that may be problematic when comes to their heart, especially. However, I appreciate the time that she allocated and making sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
Excellent Provider
Congenial manner; efficient and thorough exam; no issues detected
I always appreciate extensive knowledge, a straight forward approach to my issues and the time Dr. Isiadinsa spent with me regarding my health/issues concerns.
Very understanding
The Dr is wonderful. She really listens to my issues and follows up. I am a big fan!
Absolutely love Dr. Isiadinso.
Full disclosure, when Dr Lutz retired on me for the third time, LOL, I actually thought, well maybe I should shop around for a new cardiologist. BUT Dr Lutz recommended Dr Isiodinso so highly I thought well I will give her a chance. So glad I did. She is a great physician, SHE LISTENS and has a great patient manner.
Dr. Isiadinso was very focused on my needs during this visit. She helped me with my cardiac care, reviewing all medications and helping me with adjustments as needed. I value her care.
Dr.Isiadorsi Is Brilliant, Wonderful and a GREAT Doctor
She is such a joy as a cardio provider. Explanations are easily understandable. She cross checks test results and previous conditions. Really helped to put my concerns at ease.
Dr. Isiadinso is wonderful. She takes care of our whole family, and we are grateful for her care.
MD was very attentive, listened to my suggestions for tests
I was cut off in the middle of my description of what the problem was. Dr Isiadinso said she preferred to read back from the emergency room report provided and then just asked questions.Did not seem very interested in family history of heart disease. Provided a very simplistic reason for my problem which didnt seem very logical and when pressed for more Information gave me options for more testing which also I felt given her explanation, Unnecessary. She did spend a lot of time testing BP and other things and didn't rush. Doctor and staff were both very polite and nice but I felt I was not taken seriously.
Very informative and helpful
Dr. Isiadinso goes above and beyond expectations in providing thorough care. She investigates areas of concern and called a physician herself who she was referring me to when the staff couldn't get through to him, so that I got a timely appointment. I am so pleased that she is my doctor and I highly recommend her.
Love my doctor! So personable and easy to talk to. Really listens.
Dr. Isiadinso was knowledgeable and informative. I'm a provider myself and very sensitive to the doctor- patient dynamic. I felt heard and very comfortable with my treatment plan upon leaving. Excellent experience.
I've already recommended this location and provider to a friend.
I felt seen and heard by all staff especially Dr. Isiadinso. She took the time to listen, answer my question, explain details, and allay my family history concerns in a straightforward manner.
I have recommended her!
Professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and ensure that questions are answered
I will always recommend someone for the hospital
My visit with Dr. Isiadinso was very thorough and also helpful. She took her time explaining strategies to lower my blood pressure and improve my heart health. She was also my mother's doctor so she has insight into my family health history. Dr. Isiadinso demonstrates a level of professionalism that is unheard of in today's Healthcare system. She, not her nurse, has called both me and my mom after our visit to provide updates on prescriptions.
Doctor was excellent. Caring, kind, Listened, explained, Included me In the medical plan.
Dr. Isiadinso was grear!
Outstanding care
Always listens & appropriately addresses all questions & concerns
Dr. Isiadinso listens to everything - symptoms as well as personal stories - and responds to all with genuine kindness and concern. A visit with her is like a visit with a highly intelligent good friend.
My showed great care and concern for my health outcomes. It made me very happy and proud to be an Emory Health Care customer.
Dr. Came in waiting room to talk to My son-in-law to make sure I was clear on my meds.
Dr. Isiadinso is wonderful. Mom was very excited to see her, and she has a special touch with Mom. It was a great visit.
Dr. Isiadinso was most helpful in caring for me. She discussed my issues and involved me. She also did a follow-up call. I truly value her excellent care.
This care provider has never established a rapport with me from day one. Her affect Is blunted or just plain mean looking. I feel like I'm being tolerated, and almost a bother than a patient. I don't feel comfortable with her and will never put myself in a life and death situation with her. She has poor bedside manners!
My care from this Dr. And office are always excellent.
She was great, looked at my Issues as a whole. While I'm glad I have no cardiac issues I'd go back to Dr. I in a heartbeat. :-)
She was fantastic and will be switching to this HCP. She spent over 50 minutes with me.
I am extremely grateful for the time she spent with me. I was deeply distressed about my issues and left with more peace of mind than when I came in. I was seen, heard, and understood, a rarity in most Emory doctor visits these days.
