Dr NWACHOKOR, one of Emory's best doctors

Dr. Nwachokor listened carefully to the history I shared. She drew a diagram to explain my condition. She cared a lot about my concerns and addressed them all. She was very careful to keep me comfortable during the exam. I am impressed with her knowledge and ability to manage a complex situation, and all in such a very kind way.

Dr is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable through all procedures and talks you through the whole process

I have been provided excellent care , and I am thoroughly satisfied.

I love my doctor but this appointment was really rushed. I could tell that the doctor had not looked at my chart ahead of time (she was reading it while talking to me), there werepeople distracting her (getting in and out of her office) and the attention to detail with regards to my case suffered due to both reasons. I explained that at this point my pain symptoms have become more sporadic/inconsistent and instead of asking me questions to brainstorm- as in have I been able toIdentify what is different on the days when my symptoms are worse; what seems to happen on the days when I feel better, I was just offered a daily medication and if that does not work, more invasive procedures. I said in past appts that I am not comfortable with the medication proposed. I mentioned that acute stress is a clear trigger and I did not get any guidance or had this piece of information even acknowledged. I am 52 and have been in pain since I am 19 years of age, I came to Emory to get the next level care I never received before. I was really disappointed this time.

I have to commend Dr.Jasmin for her professionalism and ability to calm me down somewhat I was honestly scared stiff to be facing a bladder doctor after a horrible experience with a Gynecologist. Dr. Jasmin met the worst side of me and I will be back to follow up with her. To show her that her time helping me on our first appointment was not wasted. I have a better side. I will take Dr. Jasmins health recommendations seriously.

I already recommended her to family and friends after my first visit. Dr.Wnonochakar is excellent and so smart. She took time to explain my different options of treatment and answer my questions...

It was probably a difficult visit for the doctor because I had been told so many different things by previous doctors and I am in so much pain I felt like giving up. She was able to get past all of that, give me information I'd been searching for and calm my fears. She has a plan in place I'm very grateful for. I'm thankful for professionalism and understanding. This condition and chronic pain can be all consuming she was able to look my desperate need for some hope and give real answers.

The doctor was very welcoming as she came in and then really took the time to listen to me and my problems. I felt very comfortable with her from the moment she stepped into the room.

When Dr. Jessica Hammett left Emory, I wondered if I would be able to find a replacement doctor who was as congenial and brilliant. Dr. Jasmin exceeded my hopes! She is so knowledgeable, such an excellent communicator, devised a plan for my ongoing care, and reviewed for me several points in my ongoing care plan. She seems like a brilliant doctor!
