I felt hurried and very much unheard.

Very good pre-op appointment. Dr. Arluck was very informative about what would take place during the procedure, and listened to my questions and answered them honestly.

Dr Arluck Is terrific. She understood what I wanted and addressed my needs. She didn't rush through the visit and was very professional and personable.

I was told by the office that they would not assign me with a doctor who could not my issues. I even called back to confirm that the doctor would be able to discuss bio-identica hormones with me. The doctor was actually very against bio-identical hormones & told me the doctors in Emory system very rarely prescribed them. I had a lot of questions concerning the risks of the only options she could give me for my issues, but it was not a lot of information for me to make an informed decision. I also left very frustrated because I still had no solutions to help my symptoms

Dr arluck made me feel very comfortable and listened without dismissing my concerns. It was such a relief.

As a healthcare provider that works within the Emory Healthcare system myself, the staff and service made me proud, and they represented the healthcare staff with excellence.
