Dr. Colbert comes into visit very unprepared. It's like she hasn't reviewed his chart at all. Very dissatisfied with this doctor!

The beginning of the visit started rough as she only wanted to talk about the reason for the referral but I need her to understand the background so she would then understand the why' for the referral. Once she did let me explain which was hard to get her to let me share it, then was then able to provide a lot more information based on the history of things which resulted in her prescribing the correct medication to help which I later emailed her to thank her. However I do not appreciate her making a note stating I was unstable' agitated' but if you been to 13 doctors/specialists and all blowing your symptoms off then of course I'm more then irritated at this as I've been going through the issue for 4+ months at that time.

Dr. Wok is always thorough. The only reason I changed from her before was because of being left in a room for over 2 hours and she never showed up but I like how attentive she is, takes her time when she is in the room, I don't feel rushed, she answers any questions and discusses any concerns and identifies any concerns there may be.
