LaTure Elease Hicks, NP

It was a Friday and maybe everyone was ready to go home. Did seem as hospitable as my first visit.

Hicks was one of the best health professionals I have ever seen. She listened carefully, diagnosed the problem, provided solutions. Created a friendly and welcoming environment.

I had a health concern and I was add to a HCP's schedule since my regular HCP was not available. NP LaTure Hicks was everything a patient could ask for in a medical professional. She was professional, cordial, extremely knowledgable, informative, and helpful. She honed in immediately when I described my history and my reason for coming into the office for help. I think she went and beyond when she took the time to demonstrate and encourage me on how I could help myself.

She was very thorough. She listened to my concerns and encouraged me to seek help for issues that I was ambivalent about. She was understanding and not critical of difficulties In following through on exercise, though she stayed with the recommendation..

It just didn't feel substantive overall. It was fine. And I'm healthy. But what are my goals? How is my progress? There's no plan. Just. Looks good see you in a year.

Care provider Hicks is Great at her job explaining everything making sure all of what you need is covered and taken care of one of the best I've ever take care of my issues and situation willing to listen and go that extra mile her and her team from the front desk who checks you in to the nurses and Her needs a RAISE
