Nurse Practitioner Hicks was excellent
Very professional yet warm and caring. She understood my concerns and addressed them.
She was very pleasant, attentive, and her positive energy was contagious. She completed a thorough exam and showed genuine concern about my condition. An explanation about the condition wasn't provided, but an x-ray was ordered to confirm a diagnosis and physical therapy was recommended as initial treatment. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this provider to others.
The Nurse Practioner was awesome. She listened to my issues and gave me practical solutions. She also ordered labs to better help us to understand the possible issue. She was patient and did not seem rushed.
Ms. Hicks is great. The visit started initially as a telehealth visit, but because I was asking for a refill of a controlled substance it was something that the law requires that the patient have an in person visit. Because I live very close to Emery Mrs. Hicks allowed me to come in immediately to continue the appointment in person.

She was professional, cordial, extremely knowledgable, informative, and helpful. She honed in immediately when I described my history and my reason for coming into the office for help. I think she went and beyond when she took the time to demonstrate and encourage me on how I could help myself.
