Because of my unique and challenging condition, the first two procedures were unable to provide a definitive diagnosis. At that point, we felt discouraged and uncertain about what would come next.Dr. Chisholm never gave up. She was determined to find the cause of my wife's original symptoms and carefully considered every available option. She went the extra mile to locate a smaller ureteroscope to improve the chances of a successful procedure, and she developed a thoughtful Plan A and Plan B so there would be a clear path forward regardless of what she encountered.Thanks to her preparation, technical skill, and perseverance, she was able to accomplish the goals of the procedure without needing to access the kidney through the back, which was a tremendous relief for our family. Throughout this journey, Dr. Chisholm has been compassionate, patient, and willing to answer our many questions. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care she provided. Her dedication and determination made all the difference, and we cannot thank her enough.
