Dr.Hartsell discussed all options as solutions to my problem in good detail and easy for me to understand. She went over the pros and co ns of each treatment option and ultimately left the decision as to which treatment to go with up to me.

Just being honest they only want you to come for 3 or 4 visits before treating you and don't care what you're going through to get there. She had us wait 4 hours to be seen, didn't come up with a solution and rejected every option I chose that they gave me.

Doctor seemed to be rushing, and I didn't get a chance to ask all my questions because she said that she was going to get a tube for me, never returned, but sent in nurse, who just gave me the tube, per instructions, and left.
Really appreciated the doctor filling in for my sick PA to remove my drainage line. I would have been very upset if I had to keep it in longer!
