Dr. Shockley was truly amazing! She provided great detail in the plans for surgery and the best options for addressing my concerns. She was so delightful to talk to and listened to my issues with compassion and grey optimism. I feel really good about things and excited to address all the issues causing my grief over the last 3-4 years.

Doctor listened to my concerns and answered them appropriately
I do not find this provider reliable. The provider was highly recommended but her notes don't match her actions. It's been three weeks and there was no follow up. I had to remind the staff and still I was left without an answer. The care that was suggested is not consistent with what was offered.
Dr. Shockley's skills and accomplishments are highly recognized and impressive but her kindness and humaneness is just as importantly appreciated.
