Dr. Platner is truly AMAZING. After experiencing my previous IUFD back in 2024, I was incredibly anxious throughout this pregnancy. It meant so much that she remembered me and my history, it was immediately comforting and made me feel seen and cared for. She has always taken the time to listen, answer every question thoroughly, and reassure me when I needed it most. I've been seeing her every week, and she has consistently treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I never feel rushed, and she always makes sure I understand everything before I leave. I fully trust Dr. Platner, and I am so grateful to have had her caring for me during this pregnancy. Choosing Emory for my care was one of the best decisions I could have made. She is an exceptional physician, and I cannot thank her enough! Emory is lucky to have Dr. Platner.

Very compassionate and professional.

This could have been my interpretation, but I felt a little judged by the doctor OB my decision to decline an optional test. Pregnancy comes with so many decisions, procedures and costs, and it would have been nice if my preference for this was accepted as totally valid and up to me.

I have never had such an amazing experience elsewhere. The entire team was amazing in aiding me and making me feel comfortable the entire time

We are very happy with the service

During it last visit with Dr PLATNER I felt she was very rushed presenting "abnormal findings" on my fetal echo report, I also received very little information about what actually was abnormal and what to expect if indeed that was the final diagnosis. A follow up fetal echo at CHOA revealed there no abnormality.

Felt the provider lacked empathy and did not explain herself well.

It was a devastating outcome that was handled with respect and care by Dr. Platner. I would be glad to see her in the future.

Had a bad experience at another clinic, so this experience was amazing even though by the information wasn't the best, the care the doctor took with explaining everything was super helpful and appreciated

My first visit was great, but in my second visit the ultrasound tech seemed to be in a rush, didn't explain much, barely answered questions, didn't share a pic, nothing. I was glad there wasn't the need to talk much because there weren't any problems, but her treatment felt dismissive.

This was one of the best appointments I've ever had at Emory. Every provider was exceptional - understanding, caring, and thorough. I left in a better mood than the mood I was In when I came in!
