The entire visit was very good.

The doctor was fantastic. He looked over my entire chart and and believed that we needed to follow through more on tests. I had taken in 2020. I think he is really on top of everything and I am very pleased.

Dr. D'Souza talk to me and explain everything, he was very caring and concerned about my condition. I was very pleased the way he took his time to talk to me.

Dr. D'Souza is a physician who shows compassion and listens to the patient about their concerns, he takes his time to respond in a simple manner to make sure it's clearly understood. He is genuinely shows compassion, another great replacement for Dr. Eapen.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any doctor. Before seeing Dr. Souza, we went all over trying to get answers and were often dismissed because of age. Dr. Souza truly listens, takes symptoms seriously, and never brushes concerns aside. Sometimes it is not about the years, it is about the mileage. His entire team is prompt, caring, and thorough in making sure you are okay, and they follow up consistently and attentively. I honestly do not think I could give a better review to any practice. My symptoms have improved significantly, and I truly believe that is because of Dr. Souza and his team.

Dr.D'Souza is an exceptional listener.

Dr. D'Sousa actually listened and responded appropriately to my remarks. He used a program on his phone to record my remarks and used its AI capabilities to generate his paperwork. So he was not preoccupied with a computer screen during my conversation with him as a new patient. Very personable and his direct eye contact helped me trust him more than I ordinarily trust physicians.
