PA Mike McKinney always asks how effective my previous treatment has been, and the degree, location, and symptoms I experienced since the last visit. And in discussing surgical options he went the extra mile, showing me a printout of that day's X-rays and bringing in a model of a prosthetic knee replacement explaining the function of each component. His explanation of the X-ray really helped me understand how advanced the degeneration in both my knees are and how the prosthetic knee replacement works component by component to alleviate these problems. These discussions significantly deepened my understanding and we're invaluable. I am grateful to PA McKinney for taking the extra time to give me these tutorials.

Mr. McKinney was very thorough in his explanation of my surgery and showed us pictures of the procedure. Even though I was in a lot of discomfort, he still was engaging and complimented how I had progressed so far by doing exercises and using the walker correctly. He removed my sutures and assured me that it was safe to proceed with rheumatology meds and infusions. He gave very detailed instructions instruction on how to proceed with PT and home care until my next visit. I would recommend Dr. Muffly and his team to my entire family. I am very impressed and grateful for their care.

This is my 3rd time having surgery and I will say Dr. Muffly and PA McKinnley and staff knocked it out the park by far. The constant check-ins throughout the process helped me to relieve a lot of anxiety and stress. From pre op care to day of surgery (which was amazing) and post op care the attention and communication they give to help the patient feel comfortable and relaxed is top tier. It's a whole concierge experience , I knew everyone's name and job, what was happening before,during and after and procedures. The wait time blew me away which I must there was hardly a moment I was without attention, waking up from surgery with a nurse bedside the WHOLE time until I was moved upstairs to my suite was totally unbelievably but completely appreciated, no pressing a button and waiting for staff to come, they came in and out like a revolving door but in a great way. No rush to discharge you until you're at a comfortable level of pain and walking. This was thee best hospital experience I've had in my life. Thank you Dr. Muffly and PA McKinnley for helping me to walk comfortably again. I look forward to my next hip replacement with you and the staff. I'm jokingly looking forward to other things to be replaced just to stay around you and staff. Lol
