Dr Itani took her time with me. It was apparent she reviewed my chart prior to meeting me. She did not rush me, she listened and showed compassion. I really appreciated that as I was apprehensive about returning to the clinic after my dear PCP passed away.

We love Dr. Itani! We want to keep seeing her, but I'm not sure if we're going to stay with Emory. Please see last text box (overall assessment) for our main complaint about the immunizations.

Dr. Itani is excellent. I've been seeing her for a while now. She followed up on my recent prostate cancer diagnosis (for which she was responsible - she suggested I get a PSA test last fall), and was very attentive to not only my physical needs but the emotional and mental health impacts of this diagnosis. Dr. Itani is excellent.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Itani for an annual check and I'm so thankful for her care. She took her time and showed concern and empathy and answered my questions thoroughly.

Good EXPERIENCE

Something I wanted to highlight - Dr Itani ordered a PSA test for me in November which revealed an issue that I've been following up on with the Urology department. I had assumed I'd had a PSA test the previous year, but Itani told that the standard of care doesn't require PSA tests regularly. So I am very, very grateful to the Dr for going ahead and ordering that test for me as it revealed a serious issue. Thank you!

Dr Itani is the best

The doctor was very attentive and caring. However, I was not informed that labs ordered were going to be outside of the regular physical check-up services. There should be clear communication if there are additional services being provided so the patient can make informed decisions and not get surprise medical bills.

I mentioned that the nurse didn't seem used to working with babies, but this doctor definitely is! Our daughter warned up to her almost right away. So we decided this lady is the doctor for us.
