I had been in the care of Dr. Jonathan Masor for twenty years and had been quite disappointed in finding out that he had retired. Dr. Mickhael, however, made the transition to a new doctor very smooth. She was clearly familiar with my chart, went over with me the state of my health and listened carefully to my explanations. She showed a high level of medical competence. She was quite empathetic and conveyed optimism about bringing some health issues under control.
