Dr. Khater is an excellent physician and clinician. The level of care that Dr. Khater provides is top-notch. He has the human touch that so often seems to be lacking these days in visits to doctors' offices at other sites. I am very impressed by his listening skills. He is thorough in the questions that he answers and with the medical information that he provides. He is generous with his time; the two appointments that I've scheduled with him have never felt rushed. I feel that I've not only found a very fine doctor, I feel that I've found a supportive friend.

Care provider only stayed for a few minutes to explain my test results, but when I got home, they were different from what I had initially thought.

Dr. Khater was very thorough and explained my condition and course of action and why it was chosen.

Doctor showed empathy, seemed to care, and thoroughly explained options. He is new so it was clear that he was trying to navigate the system.Post appointment care:I do have a complaint about post appointment care. I had a medical problem (blood in urine and pain) shortly after I saw Dr. Khater andmessaged the portal 3 times but doctor didn't respond. A nurse gave a brief response minimizing the symptoms but no response to my numerous follow up questions when I tried to get a follow up appointment or any clinical guidance.That lack of professionalism falls on Dr. Khater.
