Care provider only stayed for a few minutes to explain my test results, but when I got home, they were different from what I had initially thought.

Dr. Khater was very thorough and explained my condition and course of action and why it was chosen.

First time seeing Dr. Khater. He was very helpful with providing information about the issue for which I was being seen. Great bedside manner.

Excellent bedside manner. He attentively listened. Laid out treatment options and supported my decisions.

Doctor showed empathy, seemed to care, and thoroughly explained options. He is new so it was clear that he was trying to navigate the system.Post appointment care:I do have a complaint about post appointment care. I had a medical problem (blood in urine and pain) shortly after I saw Dr. Khater andmessaged the portal 3 times but doctor didn't respond. A nurse gave a brief response minimizing the symptoms but no response to my numerous follow up questions when I tried to get a follow up appointment or any clinical guidance.That lack of professionalism falls on Dr. Khater.

The care provider was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. I felt as though I was the only patient at the facility based upon the patience presented to me.

Dr. Khater was easy to talk to and gave more options than I thought were possible. He's a keeper. LSU's loss is Emory's gain.
