I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mason throughout my left knee BMAC and PRP procedure, from the time the procedure started through my follow-up afterward.One of the things that stood out most to me was how attentive and communicative Dr. Mason was during the actual procedure. He talked with me throughout the process, kept me informed about what he was doing, and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable. He frequently asked about my pain level and whether I was experiencing any discomfort or other issues.I especially appreciated that communication during the more uncomfortable parts of the procedure. Dr. Mason was very aware of how I was responding and made it clear that I should let him know immediately if anything became too uncomfortable. That made a significant difference in my experience and helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the procedure.I also never felt rushed. Dr. Mason remained focused on the procedure while still taking the time to communicate with me and make sure I was doing well. His professionalism, calm approach, and attention to my comfort were very reassuring.The same level of care continued once the procedure was completed. He made sure I was doing well before I left, explained what I should expect afterward, and followed up to make sure my recovery was going well and that I was not experiencing any problems.Overall, I felt very well cared for from beginning to end. Dr. Mason's combination of professionalism, skill, communication, and genuine concern for my comfort made what could have been a stressful procedure a very positive experience. I greatly appreciate the care he provided and would highly recommend him to others considering BMAC and PRP treatment.

Dr. Mason was training a student and I enjoyed hearing him guide him through the procedure. The one thing I would say was that what I was told would happen (PRP and hyaluronic acid gel, 2 injections) was not exactly what I had (the blood platelet part and 3 injections to shoulder joint, tendon area, and rotator cuff. He explained clearly afterward why he chose to do more, but I was confused while in process. I definitely support his choices.

I waited almost an hour passes by appointment time to see Dr. Mason. It would have been nice if the staff checkin to let me know how long the wait was or where I was in line. The ultrasound was not used for the injection and he accidentally punched a small vein in my knee. Which led to minor bleeding as I walk to the elevator had to return to the exam room for the nurse to clean me up and stop the bleeding with additional Band-Aids
